New Build Process
Design & Planning
This is the first step for us with most new builds, where we work with you to develop a custom design that meets your needs, lifestyle, and budget. During this phase, we’ll also assist with obtaining council approvals and permits, ensuring everything is compliant with local regulations.
Site Preparation & Foundations
Once the design is finalised and permits are approved, we prepare the site by clearing the land and marking out the building area. Next, we pour the foundations, which form the critical base of your new build, ensuring it’s level and structurally sound.
Construction
With the foundation in place, we begin the build. This phase includes erecting the framing, installing roofing and exterior cladding, and completing the interior, such as plumbing, electrical work, insulation, and drywall. We’ll keep you updated with progress reports throughout.
Finishing & Handover
In the final stage, we focus on finishing touches like flooring, cabinetry, painting, and fixtures. Once completed, we’ll conduct a walkthrough with you to ensure everything meets your expectations before handing over the keys to your new home.
